1. Services

NITALE Home Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning services for residential properties in the Perth Metro area.

1.1 Service Description

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Regular cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move in/out cleaning
  • Specialized cleaning services

1.2 Service Availability

Services are subject to availability and are provided within our service area of Perth Metro, Western Australia.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, via phone, or email. A confirmed booking constitutes agreement to these terms.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit cards, and electronic bank transfers.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Note: Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in requiring pre-payment for future services.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure our team can provide the best service, customers agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment for our staff
  • Secure pets during cleaning sessions
  • Notify us of any special requirements or areas of concern before service begins
  • Ensure clear access to all areas that require cleaning

4. Limitations of Service

Our cleaning teams are not permitted to:

  • Clean up human or animal waste, blood, or other biohazard materials
  • Move heavy furniture (more than 20kg)
  • Clean areas that require specialized equipment or training beyond standard cleaning

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

6. Liability

While we exercise utmost care, NITALE Home Cleaning Services liability for any damages or losses during cleaning is limited to the value of the service provided. We are insured for accidental damages that occur due to our negligence.

Important: Please secure valuables and fragile items before our team arrives. We cannot be responsible for damage to items not disclosed before service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
